+Who can lease at the Triangle Towers?
In order to lease at the Triangle Towers, you must be accepted to or enrolled in Graduate Student course(s) at Case Western Reserve University. Further eligibility requires you to be 20 years of age or older. Students with families are welcome, see leasing office for our occupancy limit policy.
+Where are the Triangle Tower Towers located?
The Triangle Towers are located in the heart of University Circle and the Uptown District. Minutes away from University Hospital and Case Western Reserve University, the Triangle Towers are an ideal location for your housing needs! The physical addresses of the buildings are 11457 (Tower 1) and 11477 (Tower 2) Mayfield Rd. Cleveland OH, 44106. Our office is located in Tower 2 (11477 Mayfield Rd.) directly across from Mitchell’s Ice Cream.
+What is included in the monthly rent payment?
Utilities such as electric, gas, heat, air conditioning, trash, water, sewer, Case cable and Case Wi-Fi are all included in your rent at the Triangle. Also included is access to community amenities such as our community room space, fitness center, a secure 24/7 package room, and programs and events.
+What contract lengths do you offer?
We only offer 12 month leases at the Triangle Towers.
+What is the pet policy?
The Triangle Towers does not accept pets, except for service animals approved by the University. Please contact our our office for further information.
+What size apartments do the Triangle Towers offer?
Our apartments range from Studios to Two Bedroom units.We have a selection of studio and one bedroom types as well as a selection of apartments with balconies and bay windows. Click here to see floor plans of our different unit types.
+How does the pricing compare to other off-campus housing?
The pricing is easily compared to other off-campus housing as well as on-campus housing. The rent includes many expenses that residents would pay extra for in other housing, such as heat, Case cable, Case Wi-Fi internet, laundry, hot water, use of fitness facilities and other entertainment.
+Is there on-site parking available?
There is a campus parking lot/garage located on site at the Triangle. You can request a parking pass/access to the Triangle garage (Lot 78) by contacting Case Western Reserve Access Services in Crawford Hall basement or by calling 216-368-2273. Parking fees apply.
+Where are the laundry facilities?
Each Tower has two laundry rooms for community use 24/7 and is included with your rent. In Tower 1, the laundry facilities are located on Floors 3 and 9. In Tower 2, the laundry facilities are located on floors 2 and 6.
+What fees do you charge?
The application fee of $50 and $225 administrative fee is per resident and is due at the time of application. The application fee covers the cost of processing your application. The administrative fee is for the leasing process. These fees are non-refundable once processed. Your first month's rent is due within 10 days of your application approval.
+When is rent due and how do I pay?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Rent is considered late after the 3rd day of the month. We accept credit/debit cards (subject to a 2.5% fee) as well as checks (made payable to The Triangle), and money orders in-office. We also have an after hours rent drop box for your convenience. We do not accept cash. You can set up recurring monthly payments through our office. If you need assistance with your rent payments, contact us.
