Essential Resources for Your Graduate Living

Each apartment has its own mailbox at The Triangle. The mail is delivered Monday-Saturday directly to your mailbox by the United States Postal Service. Packages are delivered directly to the Luxer package room in the Tower 1 back lobby. You will receive an email directly from Luxer with a unique pass code to enter the package room when your package has been processed and is ready for pick up. Luxer One Package System- To get started, create an account with your Case email at LuxerOne.com/register .

​Guest parking passes are available on a first come, first serve basis in the Triangle Management Office. The cost of a pass is free up to the first three days of the visit, then a weekly charge is incurred. Please see our office for details.

Rent is due on the first of the month and can be paid by check, credit card, or money order in the office or you can pay conveniently online through our Resident Portal.
 

Free laundry is available at the Triangle for residents. Laundry rooms are located in Tower 1 on floors 3 and 9, and in Tower 2 on floors 2 and 6.

​Cable is provided by the University and offers a great selection of channels (including HD channels), all at no added cost when you live at the Triangle. Check out our lineup here!

Case Wireless is provided throughout the Triangle. Log in to our secure network from the comfort of your apartment or community space and invite your visiting friends to join our guest network. There is also a secure Case Gaming network for those with game consoles or gaming computers. You can register your device for Case Gaming by contacting the help desk.

​There is a campus parking garage located on site at the Triangle Towers. You can purchase parking to the Triangle Towers garage (Lot 78) through Access Services, they are in Crawford Hall’s lower level or by calling 216-368-2273. Parking fees apply.

We only offer 12-month leases at the Triangle Towers.

The application fee of $50 and $225 administrative fee is per resident and is due at the time of application. The application fee covers the cost of processing your application. The administrative fee is for the leasing process. These fees are non-refundable once processed. Your first month's rent is due within 10 days of your application approval.

In order to lease at the Triangle Towers, you must be accepted to or enrolled in Graduate Student course(s) at Case Western Reserve University. Further eligibility requires you to be 20 years of age or older. Students with families are welcome, see leasing office for our occupancy limit policy.

The Triangle Towers does not accept pets, except for service animals approved by the University. Please contact our our office for further information.

Each Tower has two laundry rooms for community use 24/7 and is included with your rent. In Tower 1, the laundry facilities are located on Floors 3 and 9. In Tower 2, the laundry facilities are located on floors 2 and 6.

Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Rent is considered late after the 3rd day of the month. We accept credit/debit cards (subject to a 2.5% fee) as well as checks (made payable to The Triangle), and money orders in-office. We also have an after hours rent drop box for your convenience. We do not accept cash. You can set up recurring monthly payments through our office. If you need assistance with your rent payments, contact us.

Utilities such as electric, gas, heat, air conditioning, trash, water, sewer, Case cable and Case Wi-Fi are all included in your rent at the Triangle. Also included is access to community amenities such as our community room space, fitness center, a secure 24/7 package room, and programs and events.

The Triangle Towers are located in the heart of University Circle and the Uptown District. Minutes away from University Hospital and Case Western Reserve University, the Triangle Towers are an ideal location for your housing needs! The physical addresses of the buildings are 11457 (Tower 1) and 11477 (Tower 2) Mayfield Rd. Cleveland OH, 44106. Our office is located in Tower 2 (11477 Mayfield Rd.) directly across from Mitchell’s Ice Cream.
